Description

This presentation is a technical dive into best practices for modernizing legacy applications with micro-services. It may sound easy to replace legacy functionality with a micro-service, however the best practices covered in this presentation will help avoid some of the potential problems with this endeavor. Poorly designed and developed micro-services can actually make the legacy application worse, integration can be tricky and establishing measurable optimizations can be a challenge. The goal of this presentation is to help make this effort less painful.
